Terms of Sale
1. Who sells
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The products are made and licensed by Marcin Daniun Automatyka (brand: Mardan Automatyka), ul. Suwalska 52, 19-300 Ełk, Poland, VAT ID PL8481837200, contact@palletdesigner.com (“we”).
When you buy, you enter into two agreements: a purchase agreement with Paddle under Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms), and a licence agreement with us under the Pallet Designer End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
2. Business customers only
We sell to companies and to people acting in their trade or profession. The checkout asks for your company name, address and VAT or registration number. If an order comes without company details, we ask for them by e-mail; if we do not receive them within 7 days, the order is refunded.
Consumers who buy anyway keep the rights the law gives them; Paddle applies those rights.
3. What you buy
A licence to use Pallet Designer under the EULA: a monthly or annual subscription, a perpetual licence, a pack of three seats, the AI Add-on, or an update plan. Prices, editions and seat counts are shown in the shop before you pay. Services such as PLC integration, commissioning or custom software are not sold through the shop; ask for a quote on the website and we invoice you directly.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in the shop in your currency, net of VAT or sales tax. Paddle adds the tax that applies in your country. A business with a valid EU VAT ID outside Poland pays no VAT at checkout (reverse charge). Paddle issues the invoice; you can add or correct your company details and VAT number in the Paddle receipt.
5. Delivery
After payment you receive, at the e-mail address given at checkout, the licence key, the download link and a link to the EULA, usually within minutes. If nothing arrives within one hour, check the spam folder and then write to contact@palletdesigner.com. Delivery is complete when the key and the link have been sent.
6. Subscriptions and renewals
A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it in the Paddle customer portal (link in every receipt) or by e-mail to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the licence works until then. Price changes are announced at least 30 days before a renewal.
7. Refunds
- First purchase: full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and the licence key has not been activated on any computer.
- After activation: no refund, except when the Software cannot be started on a supported system because of an error we do not fix within a reasonable time after your report.
- Renewals: no refund, except an annual renewal reported within 14 days of the renewal date if the Software was not used after the renewal.
- Cancelled subscriptions run to the end of the paid period and are not refunded for the rest of it.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Where the law of your country gives you a longer or unconditional right of withdrawal, that right applies.
To ask for a refund, write to contact@palletdesigner.com or to Paddle (help.paddle.com) with the order number.
8. Seats, packs and changes
A pack of three seats is one licence key for three seats of the same kind. Need more? Buy more packs or ask for a quote. When you move from a subscription to a perpetual licence, we may credit recent subscription payments against the perpetual price as described in the shop.
9. Trial
The trial version is free, runs for 14 days on one computer and marks every output “TRIAL”. It is for evaluation, not for production.
10. Your data
How we and Paddle handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy and in Paddle’s Privacy Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy). Paddle is an independent controller of the data you give at checkout.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Polish law; Paddle’s Buyer Terms are governed by English law. Mandatory rules of the law of your country stay unaffected. The EULA governs the use of the Software.
