Draw the layer. Pallet Designer plans every robot move
Pallet Designer turns a layer pattern into the complete robot pick-and-place sequence and exports it to the PLC, HMI and robot, without programming. A new pallet pattern runs on the machine in 3 minutes: layer design, upload and machine start
From a drawn layer to a pallet on the machine
The whole path in one take: layer, mixed pallet, robot moves, data for the machine and the pallet built by the robot
Every robot move, computed
For each layer the program decides which cases the gripper takes together, where it grips them, from which of 8 directions it approaches and in what order it places them, clear of the cases already placed and of the station's obstacles. It tries several start corners and orientations and keeps the best result it finds
- Manual mode for special cases: only collision-free gripper positions are offered
- Batch: every layer of a project computed in one run, with a summary table
- Per layer: number of robot moves, cases per move and a difficulty figure
The fullest layer, proven
Auto fill proposes up to six layouts with the most cases the pallet and the gripper allow, and marks the ones proven optimal. The search for a better layout goes on in the background, and a better one appears on the same card
- Layer A/B: the interlocking second layer, with the interlock and the weakest support shown
- Labels outward: every case turned with its label to the outside of the pallet
- Overhang within the limit the station allows
Straight to the machine
One pallet project gives every file the cell and the people need. The HMI panel loads the pallet data with its pictures, the PLC takes the recipe, and the robot gets each move from the PLC, cycle by cycle
- Ready for Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC Unified: data block for the PLC, pallet data for the panel
- Open data for every controller and robot: JSON with documentation and CSV
- PDF sheet of the pallet, its layers and robot moves, for the offer and the acceptance
- Other platforms on request
Mixed pallets, orders, a checked station
Mixed pallets
Several product variants of the same case size on one pallet, assigned by click or by the required count of each type
Production orders
Pallets placed in input and output frames: palletizing and depalletizing in one order, checked against the station
Checked against your station
Gripper size and reach, allowed rotations, obstacles, PLC array limits, pallet height and weight, before anything reaches the machine
Plant server
One installation in the plant network, used from the browser on any computer; a file open on one workstation is locked for the others
One program, three ways to use it
Integrators
Layouts during the sales meeting, the PLC recipe written by the program, new patterns after handover without a site visit
For integrators →Machine builders
One data standard and the same PLC blocks and HMI screens in every palletizing cell you ship
For machine builders →Production plants
Operators and process engineers design new pallets themselves, within the station limits the integrator set
For plants →From 120 EUR per seat per monthMonthly, annual or perpetual licence · every price on the pricing page

About us →Frequently asked questions
Which controllers and robots does it work with?
Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC Unified have a ready package: data block, pallet data for the panel, function blocks and HMI scripts. Every other controller and robot reads the open data: JSON with documentation and CSV. Other formats on request
How long does it take to start?
Learning the program and setting up the station of one machine usually takes one day. After that a new pallet pattern takes about 3 minutes: layer design, upload and machine start
Can the plant's operators design pallets themselves?
Yes. The plant edition has every designer; the station settings come signed from the integrator, so every new pallet stays within the limits of the machine
Does it need an internet connection?
It works offline. The licence checks itself online from time to time; a plant server without internet runs on a signed licence file
Which languages does the program speak?
The interface, the built-in manual and the PDF sheets are in English and Polish; further languages on request
