Before you buy

What is the difference between the editions?

The integrator edition sets up stations and signs station files for customers. The plant edition has every designer and export and works with station files signed by an integrator

What is a seat?

One computer in workstation mode, or one simultaneous user of a plant server. A pack of 3 is one key for 3 computers or 3 users at a time

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The program works offline and connects now and then to check the licence. A plant server without internet runs on a signed licence file

Can I move the licence to another computer?

Yes, yourself in the licence portal, twice per seat in 30 days; more on request

What happens after the first year of a perpetual licence?

The program keeps working in the last version of your update period. Updates continue for 20 % of the licence price a year, whenever you choose

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of the first purchase, as long as the key has not been activated on any computer

Who issues the invoice?

Paddle, our reseller, issues the invoice and handles VAT. Enter your VAT ID for reverse charge

How can I pay?

Card or PayPal at checkout; bank transfer on invoice for EUR, GBP and USD
