Everything between a layer pattern and a running machine
The strengths in the order that matters on the machine: robot moves first, then the layer, the data, the station and daily work
The robot sequence, computed
Automatic move planning
Cases gripped together, collision-free gripper position, approach from 8 directions and placing order, for every layer
Manual mode
Drag a frame over the cases; the program offers only gripper positions that are free of collisions
Batch
All layers of a customer or a project computed in one run, each saved beside its layer
Depalletizing
Every computed layer also gets its depalletizing drawing, in reverse order
The fullest layer, stable on the pallet
Auto fill
Up to six layouts with the most cases, simplest first; proven optimal ones are marked, and the search for a better one goes on in the background
Layer A/B
The interlocking second layer, turned or mirrored, with the interlock and the weakest support shown as figures
Labels outward
Turns the cases so their labels face the outside of the pallet
Overhang control
Per layer and per station: a case beyond the allowed overhang turns green, and only valid cases are saved
Keep layout
When the case size changes, the layer keeps its pattern for the new size: same outline, compact, same gaps or a new auto fill
Live colors
Brown is placed correctly, red is a collision, green is outside the pallet. Only valid cases are saved
From pallet to machine data
Pallet designer
Stack computed layers, alternate odd and even layers, fill the pallet up to the station's limit in one click
Slip sheets
With thickness and type number: above one layer, above every layer or every N layers
3D view
Orbit and zoom the pallet; save or copy the picture for the offer
Station limits bar
Height, layers, unique layers, cases and weight, colored by how close each is to its limit
Siemens package
Data block for TIA Portal and pallet data for the WinCC Unified panel, carrying the same values
Open data
JSON with documentation and CSV for every controller and robot; other formats on request
PDF sheets
Pallet, layers, robot moves and mix, for the offer, the customer's sign-off and the acceptance
Production orders
Input and output frames, checked against the station: mixed types, dimensions, case counts, obstacles
Checked against the real station
Station obstacles
Walls, pillars and machine parts drawn on the pallet plan; the gripper stays clear of them
PLC array limits
Layers, moves, cases, unique layers, types and name lengths: an exported recipe always fits the PLC
Several station files
One file per gripper or machine; every tab shows which station settings are in force
Plant server
One installation in the plant network, used from the browser; a file open on one workstation is read-only on the others
Plant edition
The plant's people design layers, pallets and orders; the station settings stay the integrator's
Files of the previous generation
LayerConfigurator files open without conversion: layers, pallets, mixes, station settings and orders
Made for daily use
Return to your work
After a restart every tab comes back with its file and its unsaved changes
Keyboard
Ctrl+O, Ctrl+N, Ctrl+S and full keyboard control, as well as the mouse and touch
Built-in manual
F1 opens the manual at the chapter of the current tab; dark theme, light theme or the system's
