Information for e-mail recipients
Why you got our message. Your business contact details (name, job title, business e-mail, company) are published on your company’s website, in a trade directory, at a trade fair or on a professional network. We used them to tell you about Pallet Designer, software for designing pallet patterns for robot palletising cells, because your company builds or runs such machines.
Who we are. Marcin Daniun Automatyka (brand: Mardan Automatyka), ul. Suwalska 52, 19-300 Ełk, Poland. Contact: contact@palletdesigner.com.
On what basis. Our legitimate interest in offering professional software to companies that can use it (GDPR, art. 6(1)(f)). We have assessed that one short business message to a professional address does not override your rights. Where the law of your country requires consent before such a message, our first message only asks for it.
What we keep. Name, job title, business e-mail, company, country, where and when we found the data, what we sent you and whether you replied. Nothing private, no profiling.
Who sees it. Our e-mail tool (Woodpecker, EU), our spreadsheet and mail provider (Google Workspace; data may be processed in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses), our hosting provider (cyber_Folks, EEA). Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long. 12 months after our last message if you do not reply. If you object, we keep only a “do not contact” entry so that we never write again. If you reply with interest, we keep your data as a business contact for 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights. You can object to this processing at any time, without giving reasons: reply “no”, click the unsubscribe link in the message or write to contact@palletdesigner.com. We stop at once. You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl) or to the authority in your country.
