What the package holds

- TIA Portal V20 global library: the blocks that manage the pallet, its layers and the robot moves, with the recipe data block
- HMI
- WinCC Unified Comfort Panel: scripts and screens for recipes, orders and the preview of the current layer with numbered moves
- Robot
- every move comes from the PLC, cycle by cycle, so any robot brand works with it
- Versions
- TIA Portal V20 and WinCC Unified; older TIA versions on request
- Licence
- one project: one cell or line, one PLC with its panels, named at purchase; unlimited in time
For the robot
What the robot gets for each move
One file carries every value the robot program needs; the PLC hands them over move by move
- Group
- the cases taken together and the centre of the group
- Orientation
- the orientation of every case at the pick point and on the pallet
- Gripper
- the open side of the gripper and the placing option
- Direction
- the approach direction, one of 8

Open data for every controller and robot
JSON with documentation and CSV carry the whole pallet: layers, groups, positions and every robot move. Any PLC or robot controller that reads a file can use them
A ready package for another platform is quoted by scope. Name your controller and robot in the offer form; each new format is added to this page when it is released
