Win the palletizing project faster, commission it in less time
Pallet Designer computes the robot moves and writes the recipe for the PLC, the HMI panel and the robot. Your engineers set up the station once and stop hand-coding pallet patterns
Three gains on every project
Layouts during the sales meeting
Enter the customer's case and pallet, and auto fill shows the fullest layouts with the robot moves. The PDF sheet goes with the offer
The recipe comes from the program
The pallet data and the data block come from the program, checked against the station's PLC array limits. Commissioning starts from tested files
New patterns after handover
A new product at the plant is a new file you send, or the plant designs it with the plant edition
Sell a configurator with the cell
The plant edition lets your customer's operators and process engineers design layers, pallets and orders themselves. The station settings come signed from you, so every new pattern stays within the limits of the machine you built
- A visible extra in your offer, at 120 EUR per seat per month for the plant
- Fewer small change requests after handover
- Your station files, your signature, your machine limits
Integrator edition: the full program
What integrators ask first
What is in the package for Siemens?
A TIA Portal global library with the pallet manager blocks, WinCC Unified scripts and screens, a PDF manual and a project licence: 990 EUR per cell or line. The integration guides come with every licence
We use another PLC or robot. Does it fit?
Yes. The robot gets its moves from the PLC, so it works with any robot brand, and every controller reads the open data: JSON with documentation and CSV. A package for another platform is quoted by scope
How long until the first cell runs on it?
Learning the program and setting up one station usually takes one day. With the Siemens blocks, the PLC side is the library and its data block; the rest is your usual commissioning
Can we keep our own PLC program?
Yes. The data lands in a documented structure; your program reads it the way you choose, fully, partly or alongside your own recipes
Your next palletizing offer, with the robot moves in it
The trial is the full integrator edition for 14 days
